Most US orders arrive in 5–9 business days after 1–2 days of processing. Large light-therapy panels take 7–12 business days. You get tracking by email either way.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — every US order ships free with economy shipping. Faster options are priced at checkout.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery on most items, unused and in original packaging. Sealed personal-care items must be unopened. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full with photos within 7 days — our mistake, our cost.

Do red light therapy devices really work?

Red and near-infrared light therapy is one of the most-studied wellness modalities, used in gyms, spas, and recovery studios. Our devices are for general wellness — we make no medical claims, and results depend on consistent use. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

How do I choose between the panels and wraps?

Wraps ($119–$129) target one area hands-free. The compact panel system is the best first panel. The 1500W and 2400W panels cover most or all of the body — for daily whole-body sessions. The 360 Bag is full immersion, lying down.
