Returns & Refunds

We want you to be glad you ordered. If you're not, here's exactly how returns work — no fine-print games.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on most items. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Bath, body, and personal-care items must be unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

Email support@ahawesome.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within one business day with a prepaid label or return instructions. Once the item arrives back, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — you don't pay return shipping on our mistakes, ever.

Exchanges

Fastest path: return the original for a refund and place a new order. For sizing swaps on apparel, email us first and we'll hold your replacement.
